Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn product knowledge for the department.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication expected.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods.
• Checks in-stock product dates and rotates as needed.
• Assists Team Leader with organizing seasonal items.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Provides courteous service and responds promptly to customer needs.
• Maintains clean and sanitary environment and safe equipment use.
• Reports safety hazards promptly.
