Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures proper labeling, dating, covering, and rotation of prepared foods.
• Maintains product quality according to WFM guidelines.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products.
• Helps customers understand WFM products versus conventional stores.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Attends required trainings and shifts on time, with proper grooming.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Reports safety hazards and adheres to sanitation rules.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties with pricing accuracy.
