Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cane Bay is seeking a Prep Team Member to help prepare fresh menu items, follow Chick-fil-A recipes, and maintain a clean workspace while supporting kitchen operations from morning into the early evening. Availability between 6am-6pm is preferred but not required.

You’ll work in a positive team environment with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced Chick-fil-A restaurant. This on-site role emphasizes quality, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Consistent, reliable and detail-oriented with a cheerful, positive attitude.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry regularly as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh menu items including salads, wraps, and fruit cups with attention to quality and safety.
• Follow Chick-fil-A recipes and food safety standards consistently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift.
• Support kitchen operations during morning and daytime hours, typically between opening and 5:00 PM.
• Assist with stocking inventory and keeping kitchen equipment in good working order.
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and workplace policies at all times.
