• Help maintain inventory levels of supplies.
• Per Supervisor’s request, use the Raydeo Pull list to have all hardware pulled for install.
• Help maintain inventory levels of PPL supplies.

Job description

Rookie Prep Pack and Load Laborer is a full-time position supporting the Prep Pack and Load (PPL) Department PPL department representing the staging process of all the production efforts of the team at Raydeo Enterprises. First and foremost, the safety of yourself and coworkers is your highest concern! It is also important that you act as a guardian of the budgeted hours given to you within this department and each job assigned. Rookie PPL Laborer will work mostly within Raydeo’s Shop. This position is for individuals that have not been trained or tested in the tools of the trade, however, must have general tool and material knowledge with a willingness to listen, learn, and most importantly, a desire to work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follows instructions on the loading of shipments and product storage for all production departments.
• Wraps product as directed by the PPL Working Supervisor to ensure products are appropriately protected and within site codes.
• All loads will be performed using the work order, all work orders are managed through the automated work order tool.
• Any product in the staging area must have all paperwork and proper QC and labeling from department supervisor.
• Maintain the chain of all required paperwork. All product that is delivered beyond staging area as loaded product or into shipping lanes must be accompanied by a Product Delivery Document.
• Maintain the staging area keeping a clean and safe working environment.
• Maintain the Bonded Wearhouse area with the Bluebeam session’s coordinates of materials.
• Per Supervisor’s request, use the Raydeo Pull list to have all hardware pulled for install.
• Help maintain inventory levels of PPL supplies.
