Prep Crewmember – Liberty Ave

Location: Roots Natural Kitchen, 5231 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15224, USA.

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time.

Starting at $15.00 per hour (including tips).

THE ROLE

As a member of our prep crew, you will be responsible for prepping delicious food each day. You will work at the prep stations and collaborate with your back‑of‑house crew and Kitchen Leader to ensure all food is prepped and the kitchen remains spotless and organized.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow proper food handling methods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Prepare delicious food, day‑in and day‑out.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during all shifts.
• Report any food quality concerns to the Kitchen Leader.
• Follow all recipes and instructions, with guidance from the Kitchen Manager.
• Lift and transport moderately heavy food items and kitchen equipment, as needed.
