Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Show passion for sushi and Japanese‑inspired cuisine.
• Follow all cleaning and sanitizing guidelines and adhere to food‑safety best practices and procedures.
• Act with caution in a dangerous environment where knives and high‑temperature surfaces are present.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Be willing to gain ServSafe Certification within 90 days of hire (company pays and administers).
• Have kitchen experience as a prep cook, line cook, sushi chef, sous chef, dishwasher, or food runner.
• Participate in E‑Verify.

Job Highlights

Pay Range: $17-19/hr (depending on experience). Full‑time and part‑time available.
