Demos' Restaurant in Lebanon, TN is hiring prep cooks to join our family. We offer training to help you grow with our award-winning service staff and maximize earning potential through cross training opportunities. Back-of-house roles are the backbone of our operations.

We provide a comprehensive training program, flexible full-time and part-time schedules, health insurance, paid vacation, free meals on limited basis, and meal discounts. Corporate chaplains support employees and families.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Comprehensive training will be offered to all new hires.

Responsibilities

• We want to WOW our customers by doing more than just cooking food.
• Coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Follows our recipes and checklists to ensure a consistent product and safe environment
• Work with others to ensure orders get out in a timely fashion
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Must have the ability to handle high volume work
