Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Experience preferred but not required; training is available.
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for dishes according to Din Tai Fung’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the prep station.
• Check ingredient quality and prepare produce and food items.
