Job summary

Chili's in Texas is seeking Kitchen Team Members to support our Heart of House operations. You will help set the pace for a great shift, ensuring dependable, fast service with a team-oriented mindset.

You will handle diverse prep tasks, operate standard kitchen equipment, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines to keep guests satisfied and staff safe. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within a casual dining environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
