Qualifications

• Previous customer service and food service experience required.
• Experience in high-volume production preferred.

• Knowledge of culinary terminology and basic math helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen for store opening and closing.
• Prepare food for all Prepared Foods stations following recipes and specifications.
• Label, date, store, and ensure food quality and safety.
• Stock and maintain Prepared Foods cases and stations.
• Assist customers with product selection and knowledge; fulfill special orders.
• Communicate daily production priorities with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Follow shift guidelines and adapt to changing needs.
