Compass Group USA's Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at Roblox, 2850 South Delaware Street, San Mateo, CA 94403. You will prepare food and serve customers following recipes and safety standards.

No previous experience is required and training is provided. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $22, with benefits and opportunities to grow within our food service team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Full-time schedule; Monday through Friday; hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items according to policy; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short prep time.
• Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Complete orders from steam tables and grill and serve at multiple stations.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portions.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
