Overview

We are hiring immediately for full-time PREP COOK positions at 285 Old Westport Road, North Dartmouth, MA 02747. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. Flexible to work AM and PM shifts. More details upon interview. Requirement: 1 year of prior prep experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items according to policy. Follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Complete orders from steam tables and grill and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
