Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers according to health and safety standards.

Essential Duties:

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
3. Complete production worksheets and taste for quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
5. Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete required documentation and reports.
7. Follow health and sanitation regulations.
8. Take and prepare customer orders with short prep time.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Use standard recipes and portion controls.
11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
