• Location: Hendrick Medical Center - 1900 Pine Street, Abilene, TX 79601. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Hours and days may vary, including rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

• Pay Range: $14.50 to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures.
• Store, label, and date all food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
