You will follow safety policies, assist with dishwashing as needed, and perform other duties requested by management within a franchised setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Prepare food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Clean and sanitize station at beginning and end of shift including light dishwashing.
• Follow sanitation and safety policies to protect establishment and guests.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
