Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister's Deli location in Crestview Hills, KY. You will prepare foods according to prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistency with recipe cards and production standards.

Maintain a clean, sanitized station at all times and follow sanitation policies to protect guests and staff. Additional duties may be assigned by management in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Prepares food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashing.
• Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Other duties as requested by management.
