• Maintain a neat, organized work environment and report issues.
• Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are in working order.
• Complete end-of-shift duties and stock prep stations for next shift.
• Follow health and safety standards, including PPE usage.
• Notify management immediately of issues or concerns.
