Beatrix - Fulton Market in Chicago is hiring Prep Cooks to support our Loop, River North, Streeterville & Fulton Market locations. Prep Cooks will prepare foods, garnishes and condiments for service, maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is a plus.

• Read a thermometer correctly and monitor temperature of foods.
• Communicate delays or issues to team coordinator.
