Nordstrom Tampa is seeking a prep cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare food items to recipe standards, help with line setup, and maintain a safe, clean work environment in a fast-paced retail dining setting.

We value clear communication, flexibility, and reliability. A food handler’s card is required where regulations apply, and 1+ year in food service is preferred. Pay ranges from $19.50 to $20.30 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality (preferred)
• Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items consistently and adhere to all recipe standards
• Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines
• Complete kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation, cleanup and breakdown
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs
