Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen/food-service experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep lists created by chefs and ensure consistency of mise en place.
• Measure ingredients and prepare stocks, soups, and components for service.
• Chop produce and prepare meats uniformly for dishes.
• Prepare simple dishes and salads and ensure proper storage of items.
• Maintain clean, organized prep stations and pass areas at all times.
• Assist with expediting orders and supporting kitchen staff as needed.
