Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is hiring for a Prep/Back of House position in Utah. If you enjoy a fast-paced, casual food environment, you’ll work with a friendly team to prepare food and keep the kitchen tidy while following company procedures.

Some kitchen experience is preferred, but we are happy to train eager candidates who are ready to learn and grow. Flexible full- and part-time shifts are available with meals and insurance benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Restaurant experience is preferred but training may be provided.
• Early availability, usually 6:00 am start time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for service.
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow food safety and kitchen policies.
• Assist teammates to keep operation running smoothly.
