Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in Utah is looking for a friendly Prep/Back of House team member to assist with food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen. You will work with the team to ensure proper food handling and adherence to kitchen policies.

No extensive experience is required as training is provided; early start times are common and opportunities to grow with the team are available. We value reliability and a cooperative attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Early Availability, usually 6:00 am start time

Responsibilities

• Preparing food, washing dishes, and following proper food handling and kitchen policies to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Maintaining a tidy work area and kitchen while collaborating with team members and following operational procedures.
• Willingness to learn and grow; training provided as needed.
