Qualifications

• Experience in a related role is preferred.

• Self-motivated with willingness to take on additional roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards to prepare meal ingredients and simple dishes as directed by management.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making condiments and sauces.
• Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces and parboiling food.
• Store foods properly with correct dating and rotation per procedures.
• Adhere to local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
