You will collaborate with the culinary team, maintain organized stations, and participate in ongoing learning and cross-training. The position is hourly, non-exempt with competitive pay and benefits, and requires open availability including evenings and

Qualificações

• 1+ year of professional kitchen experience.
• Strong knife skills and ability to follow prep lists and recipes.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
• Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain).
• Culinary degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prep and run a station during busy service using knife skills and technique.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced kitchen team to reproduce menu items and exceed guest expectations.
• Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and culinary discovery.
• Understand ingredients as they pertain to each recipe and preparation of each authentic menu item.
• Plan for, set up, and run a shift.
• Follow inventory control procedures to reduce product loss.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
