Job summary

RockCreek Seafood & Spirits in Kirkland is seeking experienced prep cooks to join our team. You will cook and prepare a variety of foods, follow the daily prep list, and work with meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and more.

Flexible to day shifts, evenings, and weekends, with a wage of $22–$26 per hour plus tip sharing. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after eligibility, sick pay, dining discounts, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a kitchen.
• Work evenings and weekends.
• Keep clean and orderly station.
• Follow recipes accurately.
• Understand and comply with standards.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other items per the daily prep list.
