Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, and organize workstations.
• Prepare ingredients for shift: wash vegetables, chop, season meat.
• Prepare ovens, utensils, and grill for shift.
• Take orders from wait staff or a computerized system.
• Cook orders according to health and safety standards.
• Suggest ideas for specials or seasonal dishes.
• Handle multiple food orders simultaneously.
• Monitor orders as new orders come in.
• Ensure accuracy of guest orders and sides.
• Deliver food orders to expo staff promptly.
• Sanitize and clean workstations and utensils.
• Reorder stock and food supplies.
• Monitor other cooks and team members.
• Assist other cooks and team members when needed.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen.
