Job summary

Midtown Athletic Clubs is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to bolster our restaurant team and deliver delicious, clean meals for members. You’ll join a fast-moving F&B operation focused on quality and presentation in a supportive environment.

In this role you’ll wash and prep ingredients, assist cooks with recipes, maintain a sanitary workspace, and help with catering events as needed. A background check is required and full-time associates benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Background check screening is required.
• Passion for preparing and cooking delicious meals for others.

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, store, and handle ingredients.
• Prepare raw ingredients for use in recipes.
• Prepare sauces and garnishes and assist with basic recipes per standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen for a safe member experience.
• Assist with periodic catering events.
