Job summary

Morrison Living is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook at the Holly Creek Retirement Community in Centennial, CO. Qualifications

• Prior baking, cooking, or catering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to production schedules and recipes.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment following department procedures.
• Assists Chef with daily prep, line setup, and portion control.
• Ensures food safety and HACCP guidelines are followed.
• Stocks and labels food items; rotates inventory and maintains accuracy of production sheets.
• Provides friendly, efficient service to customers at the serving line.
