• Practical skills in cooking, knife use, and food identification/fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to SOPs and safety standards while prepping and cooking.
• Prepares food items with integrity and in accordance with recipes.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and proper food handling.
• Coordinates with team to ensure timely meal production and service.
• Reports equipment issues or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
