Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Prep Cook to join the kitchen team and help prepare, portion, and cook foods to our quality specifications. You will focus on safe handling, cleanliness, and using proper equipment to deliver a consistent dining experience.

Responsibilities include following recipes and standards, keeping a clean work area, assessing freshness of ingredients, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and portioning standards.
• Stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
