Level99 in Tysons, VA is seeking a Prep Cook to support our restaurant by preparing food according to recipes and par levels, while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

You will follow prep procedures, work with urgency to meet service times, and communicate needs clearly to Culinary Leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years as a prep cook in a high-volume F&B business.
• Capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a constantly evolving setting.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

OVERVIEW

Prep Cooks support the Restaurant by preparing food, adhering to recipes, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Prep Cooks will execute at high standards, following prep par levels and presentation. A successful Prep Cook will display honesty and personal integrity that is above reproach, choosing humility over the need to "be right".

• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
