Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is hiring a Prep Cook in Texas City, TX. You will prepare from-scratch items per our legendary recipes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Reads prep sheets and follows recipes accurately.
• Maintains clean and organized walk-in refrigerator.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Read a prep sheet and prepare ingredients accordingly.
• Follow Texas Roadhouse recipes and presentation standards.
• Keep the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized.
• Maintain and operate kitchen equipment properly.
• Follow storage and rotation procedures.
• Demonstrate strong safety and sanitation practices.
• Exhibit teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
