Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook to contribute to Signature Dining Programs, performing à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes in state-of-the-art kitchens.

You will join a dedicated culinary team, earning an hourly rate of $18.00–$19.50, with the potential for growth as the company expands across communities and continues to invest in team development.

Qualifications

• Must have culinary experience and be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to handle lifting up to 50 pounds and work on weekends/holidays.
• Follow safety and cooking techniques to prepare menu items.

Join our team as a Prep Cook if you’re passionate about food and teamwork, with culinary experience. You will contribute to our Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and creating chef-inspired dishes, while working with a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens and using top-notch equipment.

How you will make an impact

• Assist in the consistent preparation all food items according to proper safety and cooking techniques

What you will need

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
