We are currently hiring for a Prep Cook who will be responsible for food preparation associated with ala carte and banquet services. In addition, the Prep Cook is responsible for the preparation of outside services' products as well as washing and sanitizing pots, dishes, utensils, carts by either mechanical washing or hand washing; stacking plates; and sorting and polishing silver as needed.
