Job summary

McAlister Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Prep Cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location to support daily kitchen operations.

You will prepare foods according to prep lists and recipe cards, maintain quality by production and portion standards, and keep the station clean while following sanitation and safety policies. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Experience following prep lists and recipe cards.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work under manager directions.
