Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Prep Cook who enjoys making from-scratch dishes to legendary standards. You will read prep sheets and follow our iconic recipes while keeping the walk-in fridge clean and organized.

As a Prep Cook your responsibilities would include:

• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintaining and using the equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
