Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking team members for a fast-paced kitchen environment in South Carolina. You will chop, mix, portion and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs, ensuring line readiness before opening.

No experience is required as training will be provided; you will be supported as you learn the JNN way and grow within the team. This is a hands-on, high-energy role with opportunities for advancement.

The Physical Stuff

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You\’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
