Position Details

Competitive pay $17–$22 per hour (including tips, based on experience). Flexible full or part‑time schedule available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and set up workstations to ensure efficient kitchen operation.
• Wash, chop, slice, and measure ingredients; follow recipes for sauces and dressings.
• Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards.
• Stock inventory and assist with cleaning; work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Ingredient Prep: clean, peel, chop, and slice fruits, vegetables, and meats.
• Station Setup: equip workstations with necessary ingredients and utensils.
• Recipe Assistance: measure ingredients and prepare basic sauces, dressings, or accompaniments.
• Inventory & Stocking: organize stock and notify chefs of low inventory.
