Job summary

Flower Child is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team. Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience, excellent communication, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced setting.

You will prep and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items, following recipes and maintaining food safety standards. Weekend availability is required; growth within Fox Restaurant Concepts is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication skills; stand for long periods; able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Eye for detail; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Prep and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using kitchen equipment.
• Portion products and follow recipes.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards; work calmly in high-volume settings.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
