Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Longmont, CO is hiring a Prep Cook to join a people‑first team delivering legendary food and service. You will read prep sheets and follow our signature recipes, while keeping the walk‑in clean and organized. You’ll also maintain equipment, follow storage rotations, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Teamwork is essential as you contribute to a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Pay ranges from $15.16 to $21.00 per hour with weekly pay and access to competitive benefits

Pay

$15.16 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Prep Cook who will enjoy preparing food that is up to our legendary standards. As a Prep Cook your responsibilities would include:

• Reading a prep sheet
• Following Texas Roadhouse legendary recipes
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintaining and using the equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
