Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers following federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation, reports, and logs as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Take customer orders and prepare items with quick turnaround.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
