Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living seeks a dependable Prep Cook to support our culinary team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. You will prepare ingredients, maintain a clean kitchen, and assemble high-quality menu items to enhance resident dining experiences.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, and 401(k) matching. Weekends and holidays may be required.

Location: Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Prep Cook to help bring our menu to life and keep our kitchen running smoothly.

As a Prep Cook, you’re the backbone of our culinary team. From chopping fresh ingredients to keeping everything organized and ready to go, your work sets the stage for an amazing dining experience for every guest.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 an hour, commensurate with experience.

What You Will Need

• Basic knowledge of food safety practices and knife skills
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
