Hash Kitchen is seeking a Prep Cook to join our dynamic brunch team. You will work alongside passionate staff, learning the menu, mastering prep techniques, and delivering high-quality dishes for our guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous Kitchen experience is preferred but we offer on the job training.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.

Responsibilities

• Set up cook stations and ensure prep items are available on the line.
• Label and stock ingredients so shelves are organized and accessible.
• Measure ingredients and seasonings for cooking.
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and meat.
• Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces and parboiling.
• Prepare simple dishes like salads and entrées.
• Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen and sanitize surfaces.
• Store all food and other items properly and follow sanitation guidelines.

A Day In The Brunch Life

At Hash Kitchen you will work withpassionatepeople to create and nurture afun, positive work environment. You will go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience. You will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution and preparing high-quality food for our Guests. You will set up cook stations, ensuring all prep items are available on the cook line.
