Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare from-scratch meals up to our legendary standards in Foley, AL. You will read prep sheets and follow Texas Roadhouse recipes while keeping the walk-in clean and organized and ensuring proper equipment use.

Qualifications

• Reading prep sheets and following Texas Roadhouse recipes.
• Maintaining sanitation and food safety standards.

• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
