Olive Garden in Fairview Heights, IL is hiring a prep cook to support our Italian kitchen. You will prepare soups, sauces, pastas and lasagna, follow recipes, and help ensure timely guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare soups, sauces, pastas and lasagna to recipe standards.
• Follow recipes and plate presentation guidelines for consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold safety practices.
• Support kitchen team to ensure timely guest service.

Job description

$15.00 per hour - $24.75 per hour
