Job summary

Great American Restaurants, a group of 14 restaurants with Northern Virginia roots, is seeking Prep Cooks to join our scratch kitchen teams. Starting at $17/hr, you’ll help prepare ingredients, support line cooks, and keep a clean, organized station as part of a fast-paced dining team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients in a scratch kitchen.
• Assist line cooks during busy periods.
• Maintain station cleanliness and organization.
• Follow recipes and portion sizes.
