Job summary

Ci Siamo Boston is seeking a Prep Cook to join our opening team at Commonwealth Pier. You will support daily food prep for service, collaborate with a passionate kitchen crew, and help deliver Enlightened Hospitality in every shift.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Prior prep experience is preferred but not required; English fluency is expected.

Ci Siamo is a restaurant from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and James Beard semifinalist Chef Hillary Sterling. Located at Manhattan West, this NYT Top 100 restaurant celebrates the beauty of simplicity centering around live-fire cooking. The Italian-inflected menu takes inspiration from Chef Sterling’s extensive travels and is rooted in the understated excellence of seasonal ingredients and purposeful preparations. Ci Siamo, which loosely translates to “we’ve made it” or “we’ve arrived,” bridges the traditional with the contemporary to introduce a new space that is at once transportive yet warmly familiar.

Located at Commonwealth Pier, an exciting new waterfront project within the Seaport neighborhood, Ci Siamo Boston looks forward to assembling a talented opening team in our new home.

Who you are:

As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for the daily preparation of food items for daily service. You have a strong passion for food, an eagerness to develop and build on your skills as a cook and be an integral part of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.
