Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare made-from-scratch foods to our legendary standards. You will read prep sheets, follow recipes, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

As part of a team, you’ll keep equipment in good condition, manage storage rotations, and support a culture that values growth and recognition. Roadies enjoy a people-first environment with flexible schedules and rewards.

As a Prep Cook Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Reading a prep sheet
• Following Texas Roadhouse legendary recipes
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintaining and using the equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
