Carrabba’s Italian Grill is seeking a Prep Cook to passionately prepare, portion, and cook food to quality specifications at our Apex, NC location. You will follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment while supporting our team during service.

Responsibilities include following recipes, ensuring product freshness, and teamwork. This role contributes to guest satisfaction and the overall dining experience.

• Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
