Pizza Inn in Maplewood, NC is seeking a Prep Member to join our team. You will help prep vegetables, set up the prep area, and support back-of-house operations to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth operation of back-of-house functions.
• Set up the prep area and equipment for vegetable prep.
• Accurately prep vegetables and manage make table prep.
• Check the Pull/Thaw Chart and rotate items from freezer.
• Prepare the make table with meats for today’s sales.
• Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and policies.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Help in other restaurant areas when needed.

Job Summary

• Assist in the smooth operation of the back of house functions
• Set up the prep area and all equipment needed to prep vegetables for make table
• Accurately prep all vegetables for the make table, making
  back-ups, rotating and storing all prepped items
• Check the Pull/Thaw Chart and rotate foods out of the
  freezer into the walk-in that are needed
• Check Make Table Prep Chart and ready the make table
  for today’s sales – prepping all meats
• Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and company policies
• Ensure food is cut and prepared according to standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Help out in other areas of the restaurant when needed
